A Taste of Dawson

On June 24th, as a part of the Yukon Culinary Festival Toronto-based chef Christian Pritchard will be doing a Dawson City culinary tour on which he will visit local businesses, food producers and culinary experts. His foray will take him to Uncle Berwyn’s Birch Syrup, Klondike Vodka, Up River Fisheries, Klondike Nurseries, Roger   Mendelsohn, Dowdell Farms, and Klondike Kate’s.

To wrap up his visit to Dawson City, Pritchard will be teaming up with local chefs to create appetizers and beverages made with local products. Join us on the grounds of the Commissioner’s Residence from 7 – 9 PM on Monday, June 24th to sample these delicious, homegrown creations!
